Alocasia Zebrina Tissue Culture


An Alocasia Zebrina Plant is used as a medicinal herb. The plant is also known as the “Zebrawood”. It is usually planted in the middle of the day and the flowers open in the late afternoon. The leaves will start to turn golden-green before they close for the night.

Some of the common uses for Alocasia Zebrina Plant include for use as an antibiotic, antifungal, diuretic, laxative, anti-inflammatory, aphrodisiac, and astringent. This plant has also been found to have other medicinal uses such as anti-bacterial, anti-toxic, and anti-viral. In Chinese culture, it is known as Aloeribacterium Linum.
